Terms and Conditions

1. Trip Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot on the trip.

  • Remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the trip start date.

  • If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, your spot may be forfeited and offered to someone on the waitlist.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date may receive a refund of the remaining balance (minus deposit).

    • 91 + Days: Full less Non-Refundable Deposit  

    • 90 – 30 Days: 50% Trip Cost  

    • 60 Days or less: No Refund  

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip will not receive any refund.

  • If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another woman (subject to approval).

3. Trip Changes

  • We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Assumption of Risk

  • By signing up, you acknowledge that outdoor adventures involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, hiking injuries, exposure to natural elements, and travel-related issues.

  • You agree to participate voluntarily and release Fearfully & Wonderfully Wild and its staff from any liability related to injury, illness, or personal loss.

5. Health and Physical Condition

  • Participants should be in good physical condition and able to participate in moderately strenuous outdoor activities.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations ahead of time.

6. Code of Conduct

  • This is a faith-based, women-only experience. We ask all participants to respect one another, foster community, and maintain a positive and inclusive attitude.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful—without refund.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is required for all participants. You must provide proof of active travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and trip interruptions no later than 30 days before departure.

  • Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in forfeiture of your spot on the trip without refund.

  • We are not responsible for lost baggage, travel delays, or any interruptions outside of our control.

8. Media Release

  • By attending, you grant Fearfully & Wonderfully Wild permission to use photos/videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the trip.
